The Monthly Content Edit — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing The Monthly Content Edit (“product”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Overview
The product is provided by The Aligned Edit CO., LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”). Enrollment occurs through ThriveCart, and acceptance of these Terms activates your product immediately.

2. What’s Included
What You're Getting:
✸ Pre-call intake form to get us aligned before we meet
✸ 90-minute live strategy session where we collaboratively plan your content using the Content by Design framework (recorded for you to revisit anytime)
✸ 4 weeks of social media content fully mapped: formats chosen, hooks written, angles decided, caption structures outlined, and starter scripts or carousel copy where applicable
✸ Your complete content calendar delivered within 48 hours, organized chronologically, and ready to execute
✸ Recording of our full session so you can return to the strategic thinking behind each piece

The Company may update or adjust content delivery methods or materials as needed while maintaining overall value.

3. Payment & Commitment
Payments are processed through PayPal via Thrivecart.

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy
Company has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled less than 24-hours will be subject to a $250 fee, which is stated on Calendly. Please email here for reschedules: meredith@thealignededitco.com.

5. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of participation, usage, satisfaction, or results.

6. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for how you use the delivered materials.

The Company is not liable for your implementation, non-implementation, or results.

No guarantees or specific outcomes are promised.

8. Confidentiality
All content, including delivered materials, resources, recordings, and discussions, is confidential and for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or repurposing any content is prohibited.

The Company does not guarantee specific results, business outcomes, income, or performance improvements.

Any decisions, actions, or results based on the information provided are solely your responsibility.

You agree to seek professional advice where appropriate for legal, financial, medical, or mental-health matters.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law:
The Company is not liable for any damages arising from participation.

You agree that you use all information and resources at your own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, checking the acceptance box, or scheduling your session, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
