The Aligned Edit Membership — Terms & Conditions

By joining The Aligned Edit Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Overview
The Membership is provided by The Aligned Edit CO., LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”). Enrollment occurs through Thrive, and acceptance of these Terms activates your Membership immediately.

2. What’s Included
Standard Membership ($44/month)
Two (2) monthly live session
Monthly trainings and exercises


VIP Membership ($97/month)
All Standard features
Extra monthly live session for office hours and feedback.

The Company may update or adjust content delivery methods or materials as needed while maintaining overall value.

3. Payment & Commitment
Payments are processed monthly through Stripe via Thrivecart.

Membership requires a minimum three (3) month commitment, billed monthly.

Early cancellation before the 3-month commitment is not permitted.

After the commitment period, the Membership continues month-to-month until canceled by the Member.

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy
After completing the 3-month commitment:
You may cancel by contacting the team at meredith@thealignededitco.com.

A 30-day notice is required.

You are responsible for any payments that fall within the 30-day cancellation window.

5. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of participation, usage, satisfaction, or results.

6. Member Responsibilities
By joining, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for how you use the Membership materials.

The Company is not liable for your implementation, non-implementation, or results.

No guarantees or specific outcomes are promised.

7. Company Responsibilities
The Company agrees to provide:
Monthly live sessions

Monthly trainings and educational resources

VIP Members: additional monthly zoom for office hours and feedback.

8. Community Behavior Guidelines
This community is designed to be a respectful, supportive environment. All Members agree to uphold the following:
This is a zero-tolerance space for racism, sexism, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of disrespect.

Any Member who violates these expectations will be removed immediately — no warnings, no exceptions.

Members agree to engage with others in a constructive, kind, and professional manner.

Members must not disrupt live calls, community threads, or the learning environment.

Members may not use the community for solicitation, spam, or self-promotion without permission.

The Company reserves the right to remove any Member who violates these guidelines, without refund.

9. Confidentiality
All Membership content, including training materials, resources, recordings, and community discussions, is confidential and for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or repurposing any content outside the Membership is prohibited.

10. Payment Failure
If a payment fails:
You have 14 days to update your payment method.

If payment is not completed within 14 days, membership access may be canceled.

Any unpaid amounts from your commitment period remain owed.


11. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer
The Membership provides educational content, guidance, and general coaching support. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Company does not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.

All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee specific results, business outcomes, income, or performance improvements.

Any decisions, actions, or results based on the information provided are solely your responsibility.

You agree to seek professional advice where appropriate for legal, financial, medical, or mental-health matters.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law:
The Company is not liable for any damages arising from participation.

You agree that you use all information and resources at your own discretion and risk.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, checking the acceptance box, or accessing Membership materials, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
